He played a level worse this season. I hope he can rebound -- he's a great player when he's on.

Spot on observation Dante.

Farve always gives up once his team is down by 7.

The packers are a good team to bet against for the second half if they are down.

Farve is a premadonna.

I never really thought he was any good anyway. He just had a few good years. Sort of like Warner.

Favre

It is a shame to watch his demise. You either get terrible or great, nothing in between. The announcers talk him up the whole game so you never get the true picture. I think he has had his day. It is a shame because there are so few out there that play the game for the fun like him. I think he would play for nothing. He just makes terrible decisions, more now than ever.It would be great to see more with his attitude, but i know in this day and age, that is asking too much. Thanks Buddyr4

Hello????

Three times he's been tops in the NFL in passing yards and four times in touchdown passes ... In 2001, he became the first player in NFL history to have 10 consecutive 3,000-yard passing seasons. In 2004, he extended that record to 13 as well as his mark of throwing 30 touchdown passes in a season to eight ... In 2002, Favre became just the third quarterback to throw for more than 300 career touchdowns. With 376 TD passes through 2004, he trails only Marino (420)

3 Time MVP ... over 200 starts in a row ...

Please ... Favre is one of the All-Time Greats and this is one of the most ridiculous comments posted ever at this forum

The Pack should do alll they can to find Brett's replacement before he retires. Another season where he can groom his replacement (Drew Brees - longshot but perfect) would be a great way for Brett to retire.

he has been over-rated for a long time now.maybe he can become a comedian....he thinks he is so funny throwing a ball 5 yards past the line of scrimmage.Your a barrel of frakin' laughs Brett. If it werent for the media loving you so much you would have been out of the game before that when you punched a Viking in the face mask.Any other player would have been ejected you drunk scumbag.

I would say part of the problem is coaching. If you had someone like Belichik over in GB alot of those balls would never get thrown. Remember Sherman calls the plays

******* post of the year. The guy is a warrior 200 straight starts plays a season with a broken thumb. Agree JJ would make a great qb coach. See him playing next year then retiring.

The Greenbay packers would be a below average team without him. He is still a top 10 quarterback in the leauge and can remain so for atleast another 2 years.

I Think He Has Two Solid Years Left...completely Agree With Dicky...

I Am Somewhat Surprised At His Bonehead Mistakes The Past Year Or So...its Not So Much Physical, He Still Has A Cannon....maybe The Outside World For Brett Is Affecting Him More Than He Lets It Show...
