I Am Going To Vegas Staying At Harrahs I Could Find Out From Them But I Figure Someone Here Would Know. I Have A Laptop Want To Know If I Would Be Able To Get Internet Access In My Room. Is This Common In Hotels Now. I Know When I Was Their Last Year When I Did Not Have A Laptop There Was No Where On The Strip That Had Internet Access That I Could Find.

Not sure, but Harrahs is known for never catering to business travellers. They give you a room in Vegas only if they know you are going to gamble healthily. They often quote rooms to non-gamblers or people not in their system at near Bellagio prices, yet if you are a decent gambler the same room goes for $50/night. With this in mind it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't have it.

Several strip hotels have in room internet:

Mandalay, Ballys, Paris, IP, Bellagio, and Aladdin just the ones I am aware of. I'm sure there are several others.

I Just Called Them They Don't Have It. Staying With Family Their Already Rooms Are Booked During Superbowl Time So It Is Harder To Get Rooms.

I Never Bet Sports At Harrahs Always End Up In Argument With Supervisor If I Want To Put More Than $300 On A Cbb Total.

At Least I Am 20 Feet From The Mirage Where I Can Get A Dime Down On Totals.

My Favourite Is When I Ask Them If They Will Have A Halftime Line On A College Bball Game They Look At Me Like I Am Nuts. Sorry I Thought This Was A Sportsbook.

Oh Well The Party Is Fun.

Harrahs does not have hi-speed hook up in rooms. You can connect the phone line to your laptop, and use dial up. They do have 2 computers set up in the Diamond Lounge with free hi speed. You have to be a diamond member to enter. Dial up from room gets expensive.
