For me, it would have to be Game 4 of the ALCS this past season at Fenway Park. The HORRIBLE, on the verge of puking feeling sucked! That was in the 7th. A few HOURS later I was sucked back in! I was tired & cold. I had hope.

A second would be game 3 of last years 1st round game with the A's when Trot hit the HR.

WOw- thats a difficult question to answer, between so many great Orioles games back in the glory days, and at one time seeing every Md Terps game...I was very fortunate....I was at the World Series both in 1979 and 1983, but as big as those games were for us, none stood out as the biggest game because there were no dramatic finishes in those and in one world series ('79) the Orioles actually lost all the games I attended....

The 1982 regular season series finale was very special in Baltimore...

The Birds had come on like gangbusters down the stretch to cut the division lead to 3 games with 4 games left to play, meaning we needed to sweep all 4 games from Harvey's Wallbangers....

I attended all four games, friday night double header sweep, the saturday afternoon blowout and on the final sunday of the 1982 season, a classic match up between Jim Palmer and Don Sutton....in the finale, Robin Yount led off the game with a homerun to right field and it was all downhill from that point on, the O's lost the division coming up one game short one the final day....but that was about as memorable a series as I can ever remember...it was also Earl Weaver's last game...

The team remained focused and completed the job the following season , winning it all over Philadelphia in 5 games...but I will never forget that run on that final weekend, Memorial Stadium was never louder!

I would have LOVED to have been at this one...Something about that Super Bowl that day, it seemed to be the perfect day , atleast that's how it always looked on TV and on the SB film....:103631605

Even though it was a devastating loss for me and my team, Game 6 at America West Arena, the Jim Paxson 3 buried our hopes after a valiant comeback and late lead. Was Jordan's last game, well at least for a couple years. The place was absolutely electric, the building was shaking as everyone was yelling defense at the top of their lungs. I can only wish I can see such a game with a happy ending for the Suns in the very near future.

Attended many great and memorable games in my lifetime(as recently as the LSU/IOWA bowl game this year) but the most memorable were the ones that i actually were a part of.

They would involve several games in the early 80's featuring the Ottosen Orioles, many of which were highly memorable.

Posters Hawkeye171 and CY1981 were also teammates of mine at the time.

Jets-Dolphins MNF, Jets score 30 pts in the 4th to force overtime and win it at about 1:30 AM. I had to skip work the next day.

Also, the Knicks -Pacers playoff game at the Garden when Larry Johnson hit a 4 point play with about 6 seconds left and the Knicks down by three. That was the loudest I ever heard any arena.
