I love Hotmail...increased their storage to 250 MB....if your getting lots of spam you should change your junk mail filter setting.

Google's new e-mail. It's called gmail. By far the best email account I've had. We'll all be using it in two to three years.

strange but true

hotmail has a cap on the number of emails one can send in a day too.

I also find that hotmail 'loses' emails often and they dont' get sent or received till hours later.

g-mail is still in beta mode, so you need an invite from someone who has it. Great e-mail but you still get spam on that as well

G-Mail

Glaken, not sure if you want to post your email on a public forum, but if I can send you a private message somehow or vice versa, I can give you an invite.

As for Spam, G-mail has the best spam blocker I've seen. I have yet to get one piece of junk in my inbox. It all goes to the Spam folder.

I agree, hotmail has "lost" or "delayed" a ton of e-mails, which at times have caused me major headaches. Precisely why I switched.

I've been with Gmail since they opened up beta. I have several accounts and each of them have 10 invites on them.

So if you want a Gmail invite just leave your email in this thread. They were at one time selling on ebay for $2.00 each...but now people are just giving them away... including me. Never sold mine because it's not worth the hassle @ only $2.

So if anyone wants one and is REALLY planning on using it... Leave your email

You won't find any worse than Hotmail... sucks all the way.

I have had very good experiences with yahoo.

This debate is very silly.

You can't argue that ANYTHING beats Gmail because

*1GB storage
* FREE POP3 access as well as
* Never a popup or intrusive ad EVER
* Each message is grouped with all its replies and displayed as a conversation
* Fastest site. NO CONTEST. Google's servers are consistently the fastest of any other site. Site is up reliably 24/7
* Google is one of the greatest companies in America.
* Exceptional spam filter
* No slow-down while navigating between folders, messages, etc. Fastest email site period.

Sorry, but if you argue against Gmail you're flat-out wrong.

One negative with GMail is that they will employ a robot that will "scan" thru your emails for keywords and then deliver appropriate adwords to the right side of your screen. Just some privacy issues there.
