I am a very stressful person, if you didnt know me you would think I was on drugs. I eat real fast, I am always in a hurry. I will not go to sleep if I have a wager on one of the late games. I get stressed out alot over nothing. if one of the kids dont put their plate in the sink after they eat I start arguing with my wife. would love to hear so good advice thanks.

Start running. Cut back on the action. Put things in perspective, you have your health, your family and your freedom. That's all that is really important in life.

Type "stress reduction" in Google.

Do something now... or you WILL die early.

I have found that 30 mins or so of cardio exercise a day does wonders for this problem.

Exercise is critical to overall general health and does wonders for stress. Guys like construction workers who work hard all day among the happiest people in the world.

Stop gambling or smoke weed

I was actually exploring the idea of dabbling in mild drugs as a form of fun and relaxation. Mile drugs like weed are very safe and I do reccomend it.

Go to the pet store buy yourself a small fish tank put it in a room where you can get some privacy, you'll be amazed how a small hobby like this will relax you. Good luck.

Its true they say a fishtank does help...I have one, just don't ever leave your fish in the bathtub while your cleaning the tank....I lost all my fish once, the damn drain plug had a very slow leak...lost all my sharks

That's the best advice jj has ever given.

Should have seen me at the end of the Clipper game last night needing over 184.

I looked like DeNiro at the end of the movie "Once upon a time in America".

Puff, Puff, Puff.

Some people react to certain pressures differently.

Stress is a reaction to pressure.

Understand and identify the areas of pressure.

Organization leads to understanding.

Example: You have all your gambling records organized and are well aware of every aspect concerning your gambling hobby/habit/profession. But you "stress out" over winning/loosing games. The reason may be that other areas of your life are not as organized. You do not know what the influence of loosing a game will do to other areas of your life. Because you do not have other areas of your life organized, your mind assumes that a loosing outcome from a wager will have a negative impact to less organized areas. Which may or may not be true. This conflict is the pressure that creates stress.

good luck

Rainbow lots of big timers smoke weed at the bar at night and way safer than liquor. I do advise you to lite up once in a while or at least smoke cigars like I do.

Godd Luck

Don't do drugs...A bike is a great way to get out, exercise at your own pace, and enjoy the scenery...Highly recommend it...an advanced peddler like myself, I put bac in a little stress by listening to music, however that can be stressful because you can't hear the traffic...its fun though...just remember when you sing to the music everyone can hear you, if you choose the advanced biking to music ,lol..

Good Luck
