I got an e-mail from Intercasino yesterday stating that I had $65 in my account and that it had been dormant for quite some time. I must say I had NO IDEA I HAD ANYTHING THERE, nice surprise though. They stated that they were going to start charging a dormancy fee if the account stayed inactive, so off to the site I go and knowing full well that $65 ain't gonna last long I just start up some Java Blackjack. Up a couple of bucks after a few hands and then down ALOT after a string of dealer 18's - 21's. Between lurking at TheRX and playing some hands and typing here I timed out and had to login again.

Here is where it gets good, I decide to try the European Roulette ("0" better than "0", "00") well i place my bets and am looking and looking and to my amazement there is NO SPIN FUNCTION. I bet up I bet down and still no "spin". I get out of the Euro roulette and go into the Anerican version adn try it out and the same thing NO SPIN FUNCTION. Well hoping that the roulette is "being fixed" (LOL) I go to the Spice Island Poker start the Java and it says that it won't connect to the game, in and out a few times I get the same message.

So back to Blackjack I go and start back at the "anchor" seat that I had at the same table and a couple of the same players before I timed out. We are going through the common up and lots of downs then an occurance happened that changed the game for the worse for everyone at the table or that every came to the table when I was there.

I have a pair of Aces that I full well intend on splitting. My turn comes and I split the Aces and get1 card on one Ace..... AND THAT WAS IT, ONE HAND OF 16 AND ONE HAND OF 11. I was never given the option to take a card on the other Ace, the dealer procceded to draw his cards and pound the table with like a 5 card 20.

Afew hands later, another player at the table has 14 vs. the dealers face card and draws and 8, in my book(and I can assume every book ever wrote) that 14+8= 22, right,..... well not at Intercasino I am not sure what it totaled in their software because the PLAYER GOT ANOTHER CARD AFTER BUSTING THE HAND. PLAYER WAS ABLE TO DRAW ANOTHER CARD (KING) FOR 32....YES 32. 14+8=22+10=32. The player that got it questioned what had happened for a few hands and then just left the table.

How can this happen, these glitches can't be overlooked when the auditors do an audit? I don't care about the $65 that I had lost seeing as I never knew I had it, but some of these people had 2-500 sitting there and they were playing it off to the dealers incredible incompetence like there was no tomorrow. I have sent Intercasino an UGLY e-mail about the situations like I experienced over a matter of 30 minutes, and can't imagine what some of these poor addicts are getting beat by. No hand numbers either to pinpoint the glitch or the ability for the player to say "see I have proof of what happened because it is hand #XXXXXXXXXXXX. Nope nothing like that in that casino, or any others as far as I know.
Anyhow has anyone else seen this happen? where?? software provider??

as far a the aces go, most places do not allow you to hit, once u split aces, u get one card and thats it..

as for drawing to 32, not sure what thats about, unless he had an ace to make 22, which would also have been 12

It's been 36 hours and no response yet. I cannot imagine being a $100/hand player and seeing that, 2 obvious software errors in less than 30 mins. There should bee how many software errors in 30 minutes class.......anyone......anyone.....Beuler anyone, that is right NONE, ZERO,ZILTCH,NADA.

I don't think that they will be getting to me anytime soon. Really, what are they going to tell me? I will keep up to date with it cause I want to see where this leads to. If they try to bullchit me it is just blatant fraud and advise people to run.

Java casino games have always sucked, IMO.

I have played the Intercasino download version for about 2.5 years now and have never witnessed what you described. Downloading the software package only takes 1-2 minutes and you get a much better game.

Had no intrest in downloading Baus. Did'nt even know the cash was there so went to throw it around and then this all happens, There is something extremely wrong with their Java system from No spin roulette, no function at all spice Island poker to the complete cluster phucks that went on at the multi-player BJ.

Here is the obviously "scripted" reply . Notice they did'nt even acknowledge that I have legitimate software complaints, not just the fact that u can't win, I know that, but why not respond as though they are on the case and will look into it. Intercasino does not want to acknowledge that there is an issue and just respond later with bullchit about the RNG. I don't give a chit about the RNG, not unless someone was pissing on it at thte time I was playing cause then that might just explain the phucked phenomena going on at there Java Blackjack!

I guess the "RITZ CLUB" Is the customer care for Inercasino. Does Belagio CS for The Flamingo?

Hello and thank you for contacting The Ritz Club London ECash Direct support staff.

Please be advised that a random number generator is used to determine the outcome of all our games. The algorithms in the random number generator have been proved to conform to results of similar games found in Atlantic City (with respect to randomness and payout frequency, in line with our license requirements).

In some games the rules differ slightly from the Atlantic City rules, for example in some card games the deck is shuffled after every hand. Any exceptions from Atlantic City rules and regulations are duly noted on your casino website.

A typical test of the current version of the random number generator involves a sequence of 300,000,000 (three hundred million) numbers. Furthermore, the random number generator is tested on an ongoing basis to ensure its continued fairness. A typical test of each game involves a sample size of between 1,000,000 (one million) and 10,000,000 (ten million) bets.

If the frequency of winning combinations and general payouts are within expectations, the game is passed to a Quality Assurance team of engineers who play the game (with the real gaming server) until they are sure that the game is flawless. Based on these tests, the algorithm for each game has been found to be fair.

The software has also been independently tested and certified by an international gaming-testing house to ensure it is fair and completely random.
