I got an e-mail from Intercasino yesterday stating that I had $65 in my account and that it had been dormant for quite some time. I must say I had NO IDEA I HAD ANYTHING THERE, nice surprise though. They stated that they were going to start charging a dormancy fee if the account stayed inactive, so off to the site I go and knowing full well that $65 ain't gonna last long I just start up some Java Blackjack. Up a couple of bucks after a few hands and then down ALOT after a string of dealer 18's - 21's. Between lurking at TheRX and playing some hands and typing here I timed out and had to login again.
Here is where it gets good, I decide to try the European Roulette ("0" better than "0", "00") well i place my bets and am looking and looking and to my amazement there is NO SPIN FUNCTION. I bet up I bet down and still no "spin". I get out of the Euro roulette and go into the Anerican version adn try it out and the same thing NO SPIN FUNCTION. Well hoping that the roulette is "being fixed" (LOL) I go to the Spice Island Poker start the Java and it says that it won't connect to the game, in and out a few times I get the same message.
So back to Blackjack I go and start back at the "anchor" seat that I had at the same table and a couple of the same players before I timed out. We are going through the common up and lots of downs then an occurance happened that changed the game for the worse for everyone at the table or that every came to the table when I was there.
I have a pair of Aces that I full well intend on splitting. My turn comes and I split the Aces and get1 card on one Ace..... AND THAT WAS IT, ONE HAND OF 16 AND ONE HAND OF 11. I was never given the option to take a card on the other Ace, the dealer procceded to draw his cards and pound the table with like a 5 card 20.
Afew hands later, another player at the table has 14 vs. the dealers face card and draws and 8, in my book(and I can assume every book ever wrote) that 14+8= 22, right,..... well not at Intercasino I am not sure what it totaled in their software because the PLAYER GOT ANOTHER CARD AFTER BUSTING THE HAND. PLAYER WAS ABLE TO DRAW ANOTHER CARD (KING) FOR 32....YES 32. 14+8=22+10=32. The player that got it questioned what had happened for a few hands and then just left the table.
How can this happen, these glitches can't be overlooked when the auditors do an audit? I don't care about the $65 that I had lost seeing as I never knew I had it, but some of these people had 2-500 sitting there and they were playing it off to the dealers incredible incompetence like there was no tomorrow. I have sent Intercasino an UGLY e-mail about the situations like I experienced over a matter of 30 minutes, and can't imagine what some of these poor addicts are getting beat by. No hand numbers either to pinpoint the glitch or the ability for the player to say "see I have proof of what happened because it is hand #XXXXXXXXXXXX. Nope nothing like that in that casino, or any others as far as I know.
Anyhow has anyone else seen this happen? where?? software provider??
