Read the article in the USA TODAY and you will think twice about clothes line!! Excercise and drinking plenty of water is the best thing in the world for you along with a few Cuban cigars and a little gambling what more do you want?

Bowflex is for bozos.

If you want to be serious about it you get your ass in the gym... Not in the room with the machines...but the room with the weights.

this might be my fave ad of all time

in 1 ad they show a FIFTY (50) year old GRANDMOTHER who uses this product. she looks 20 and has the body of a 20-year-old and they show her in a BIKINI at AGE 50 - and she is so freaking hot she would give a statue "big time wood"

i know we have all seen the ads and this major league HOTTIE!

she may be 50 - but she would be H.O.F. Material in the H.I.P.!

Is this the ad with the woman I believe walking outside in a backyard patio type setting with I believe a purble bikini? If so I know exactly what ad you are speaking of & always wondered if she was really 50.

There is absolutely no substitute for free weights. Period. People just fall in love with the "novelty" of an all-in-one unit with a gimmick.

I can gurantee you that none of the models grunting through a workout on the Bowflex commercial got their bodies by actually using the Bowflex. They got them in the gym, with the iron.

I'm starting to believe what you said.

Been going to the gym three days a week now since last Feb and have made marginal progress on just using the Nautilus machines. Starting to venture into the free weights section as of late.
