If the book is indeed on this site currently and you have no manipulation/scams with the book in question, very slim chance if any that you will not be paid.

Welcome to the RX.

ps- In my opinion, you have the best individual in the business(the GENERAL) going to bat for you right now as i type this.

Here is the cliff note version of my problem with no name mentioned.

When I opened the account I made sure to ask them that I could make a paper check withdrawl. Since I did nothing but lose the first two years it was not a problem. then I ran a couple thousand dollars up to $27,000. when I tried to make my first withdrawl I was told they did not offer paper checks anymore. (inspite of the fact while on hold on the phone with them their message said they still do) When I told them I was never informed in writing of this change and the fact that if I had known this I would not have been betting there. For various personal and tax reasons I do not have a checking account to wire the funds into, nor do I have a credit card that will allow me to make a initial deposit into netteller. They are all blocked for gambling web sites. In the mean time they reduced my betting limits to $50 a game. If they had a clue they would see I was trying to loose money by taking huge money line dogs and taking the favorites elsewhere....now I can't even do that.

That won't work. You'll hit a dog sometime, and be back at the start.

WagerWeb should really reconsider their Neteller payout rule, especially (as in this case) when they can't (or won't) courier someone a cheque (despite the fact that a cheque by courier is one of the payment methods listed on their website).

See rules below (including cashier's cheque option):

Western Union
0 - 250 $35
251 - 500 $50
500 - 1000 $70

Max payout $1000 per day

Neteller
FREE
Same Day Payout
Monday to Friday

Visa / MasterCard

Paymanager

Cashiers Check via Fedex

It's my understanding that WW pays up to the amount deposited via NT, then any other way, like Fed-ex. Fed -ex should work, IMO, even if you have to pay a fee for it.

Disturbing news here.

They currently aren't paying out by FedEx ... not sure why.
