I might be a square, but at least I am a Pats fan. I am off to Foxboro with my kid in a few. We don't have tickets for the game, and I don't feel like spending $500 so we'll just tailgate and come back home. My kid wants to see the stadium, and we're going to have a cookout
My take on the game:
This game is scaring New England fans - and you can hear it on all the radio shows in the area, whether it is in Providence, RI or Boston or Worcester. While the wahooos are talking about a huge win, most fans are nervous.
While I am WORRIED that Indy might win, I feel the Pats can pull it off at home.
If I HAD to bet on the game as "a neutral fan", I would take Indy small.
If I had to look into the numbers, I would see how drastically different Indy plays against good defenses and how much their scoring drops on the road and I would take the Pats.
Trash talk: I think Corey Dillon is going to hurt Manning's feelings again - and I hope Archie "allows" Peyton to play today.
