Tice is probably the worst coach in the NFL the way he utilizes his timeouts and in the Washington game trailing by more than one score with about two minutes left faking having Culpepper fake a handoff before every play when you know they are in must passs and then throwing short three yard passes in the middle of the field as the clock runs. Tice is a joke.
