According to the indictment...executed a plan to fix a race at Aqueduct by giving the horse A One Rocket a performance-enhancing substance just before the race. The substance was not identified.
A One Rocket, claimed for $7,500, ran back five days later for $12,500, won by ten lengths, posting a 103 Beyer, smashing his previous 75 Beyer.
