title against Howard Eastman on Feb. 19 in Los Angeles. The once-beaten Eastman, who was born in Guyana and now lives in England, is the WBC's second-ranked contender behind Felix Trinidad.

The funny thing is he has 4 titles. It's his WBC mandatory and usually in this situation a undisputed champion defends all of his titles. Hopkins is cheap though and don't want to pay the sanctiong fee's. I saw Hopkins on Leno before. it's hilarious how cheap the guy is. He shops at discount stores :banger:
