If you simply whip one up and have spouse sign on the dotted line or else, then it won't be worth the paper it's written on.

I would be willing to do it, but honestly I don't think I will be asked....it was once mentioned in a round about way, and she said to me "I would probably be able to get Alimoney",lol...

as a female i'd like to say she shouldn't get upset when you bring it up to her...if she does well pumpkin-she's a gold digger...but if she doesn't get worried forget about it...kinda like a scare tactic.
