I am stunned at what I am seeing attempted here. As one gets older he starts to understand what makes people lose self control and really go crazy. The Govt causes alot of this itself.

Here in Illinois the damn lottery is so big you cant buy a 12 pack without waiting in the checkout line 10 minutes because everybody ahead of you in line is playing the lottery. It is such a scam. And I've noticed old people spend the most. Its the governments way of getting the social security back.
