Strange for some reason I can't connect to it but have no problems connecting to everything else.

Do you refresh their lines alot? If you do, especially when not logged in, they probably have blocked your IP address. Email them and ask if that's the case.

They will ask for your IP address and ask if you're running any robot software, if you tell them you're simply refreshing constantly, just tell them you'll cut it back and do it mostly while logged in. Do these things and they'll restore your IP address for access.
