Implement the ignore the same way it is at Fezziksplace.com.
When a user is ignored, you cannot see any threads that user started, and you can't see that user's replies, or even that he had a reply.
The current ignore implementation here still chews up bandwidth with silly messages like "XX replied, but you can't read it since he is on your ignore list". This message takes up nearly as much space as the actual text of the reply.
