Personally, I believe music may only help while making judgements (calm, thoughtful, but above all, an enjoyable medium for selection) However, I find my selection of music come game time becomes aggressive (heavy etc) if I'm losing, out comes the Opera, to the point my Wife knows whether I'm winning or losing by the music I'm playing.
Then there is the Anthem, this never fails(at least your not going to admit it) when you really need a draw. My ace card is, "Chosen" by Arena, which I found on one of my Daughters compilation CD's. I swear, it works all the time (well, most of the time) sometimes , when I bet big, I leave it till the 4th Qtr till I play it. Then I get an unreasoned thought that it will only work if I wake everyone in the house ( you must appreciate we are at least 5 hours ahead of you)
All this after 35 years of gambling and getting to the point where I would honestly tell anybody, I MAKE GAMBLING PAY.
