It looks like it is going to be worse in Philly than Pittsburgh
Philly game time forecast in Philly is 17 degrees feeling like - 1 with wind of 25 mph

Pitts weather game time is 12 degrees feeling like 0 but with winds of only 8 MPH

I would not be so over confident about the under in Pitts with only a 8 mph wind.
