Cris bonus question???

I made my first deposit ever and asked for the 10 percent bonus. they put it in something called Bonus Play.

I won the Bonus Play. why dont they give me my 10 percent bonus back? they took it away and only gave me the money I won.

Sounds like they gave you a matchplay bonus. In a matchplay bonus you only get the$ you win.

How much did you deposit?? A Bonus Play is only what you win into your account not the amt for the Bonus Play!

A Bonus Play and a true 10% bonus are two different things...you had to WIN the 10% free money, which you did and were given the winnings...

this is not uncommon

Just curious, did you call it in or did you actually enter it into the screen, because on the screen it says "Bonus Play"?

it said if I called in my first deposit after I signed up I would receive a 10 percent bonus

this was not a big deposit, however I told Isabella to give me my bonus money very small amount I might add or I would never deposit another dime in their book.

Simply because books that offer Match Play bonuses know the player has to FIRST win a wager before the "bonus" is applied, therefore obviously making it much more difficult to attain the "bonus". They are an absolute ripoff.........

Same thing happened to me a long time ago. Never heard of Bonus Play/match play, although they did say it to me on the phone. I didnt read the website (it says it there also). Hey, it was my own fualt for being ignorant. Live and learn. Nothing you can do.
Don't worry you can bring it up whenever they cold call you.

Hache-- you can guarantee yourself half the bonus money if you bet the other side at another book.

Agreed Fish, but why go through the hassle when you can just deposit with a book that gives "normal" bonuses.....

what really pisses me off is I chose this phone deposit by check because they offered this bonus by this method. now I have to wait 7-10 business days before I could ever withdrawl a penny.

if I knew they would take my bonus money I would have deposited neteller and would never have to wait that long for a withdrawl.
