I think the guys a "cancer" and only wanted to play somewhere that has little media spotlight. Fla's team is NOT the marlins......heck 75% of people living in S. fla can't name 5 people on that team. Good luck to the fish

Delgado is certainly no cancer man, he will be a great addition to that Marlins club. He is very well liked by his teammates, fans and media because of his down to earth and laid back attitude, and is one heck of a hitter. I am sad to see him go but no way Jays could afford to keep him with their smaller budget. The whole issue about not standing for God Bless America will be in the past now as he said in an interview he will not continue doing that this year. Delgado, like many others around the world, was very much against the U.S. invasion of Iraq and that was how he decided to make his statement. Looking up and down that Marlins roster, their offence now looks deadly...
