With both Weis and Crennel leaving for other jobs how will the Patriots perform next year?

How much do those two contribute to the success of the Partiots?

You hear a ton about Belichick and his "system" so are the offensive and defensive coordinators just role players who execute the head coach's game plan?

Very important. But look for crennels replacment to be Eric Mangini the secondary coach to take over the defense...He is a Belichick disciple thats been with the team and knows what super bill wants and expects.

The team is basically footballs version of the Manson family from top to bottom.

Mangini was offered the D Coord job for the Raiders last year but turned it down. I assume Bill told him he was next in line once Romeo gets the head coaching job in Clev.

Not sure who will come aboard as Off Coord. maybe Jeff Davidson the O LIne Coach.
