if one was to pull up some threads from last year around this time, you would find they were saying just about the same exact thing with the results being just about the same.

if you can't see it yet, you never will....

He's a great QB...best ever is laughable. Was he the "best ever" against Miami a few weeks ago on Monday Night? The Patriots offense scares me as much as a scud missile. Now the defense on the other hand....that's where the Pats scare me.

He is a winner no doubt about it...but he's not the best ever.

NFL Network just said the QB edge in the Super Bowl goes to McNabb OVER BRADY.

Greatest QB and he's not even the greatest in this game...ridiculous!

your in for a big disapointment

Sports: I know your a lot smarter than to compare one of Bradys game (Miami)to his last 48,,,He just keeps on WINNING,,,,and will show everyone that he is the best qb in the super bowl.

If I'm not mistaken,, I recall a game between the Pats and Philly a year ago.........does 31-10 ring a bell,,,,, So please don't compare one game to a career.......

;) I was waiting for someone to catch that Pace.

Brady is all class and I would cheer for the guy in 99 percent of his games...but not in 2 weeks. He is a winner...but it's hard to put the guy in the all-time greats. The Pats are a complete team effort. Brady is part of it but you can't single him out. It would be a shot at his teammates IMO.

As for last year's game...yes the Pats have owned us lately. This is our best team so the Pats will get our best shot.

I totally agree

Sports: Excellent point, I certainly would never give Brady all the credit for NE's success, it is truely a total team effort, from the coaching staff on down to the players. If this years super bowl is anything like the past 2, we're certainly in for another treat. Yes I do concurr with your in regards to Philly having their best team in years.......However,,,,,, there is no comparison between the AFC and the NFC in terms of strength,,,,,,,sorry sport:biglaugh:

Pace that may be BUT how many times have you watched NFL Primetime and heard "That is why they play the games" ;)

7 points is a lot for these two teams...we will see!

i agree it is a team effort but bradyis in the class with montana star broadway joe jonny U sport u say the game with the fins they all have a bad game once and a while but when the heat is on he is money. i think when it is all said and done he will be one of the elite i think the eagles may have a chance if the pats bring there B game but that is not very likely oh i think that coach belicheck my go down as one of the best coaches ever the pats D needs to be given alot of credit also but brady is the captin of the ship the pats will win and cover the points.

Is this thread supposed to be some type of joke?

I can name atleast 5 qb's (Manning, McNabb, Culpepper, Favre, Vick) I would rather have than Brady. Brees, McNair, Volek, Plummer, Bulger, Roethlisberger, Delhomme, Palmer, Grossman, Green, etc are all right up there with Brady. Just because his team wins doesn't mean he is the best nfl qb ever. Is Trent Dilfer a great qb?

Brady is a good player, but I would give much much more credit to Belichek.

Kobe, you obviously don't know much about what it takes to play QB in the NFL. Of your "5 QB's" only Favre (when he was younger) deserves to be mentioned with Brady. That second group is all over the place. Plummer, Palmer and Grossman are not even close to being good NFL QB's.

Kobe what are you smoking?

I disagree with you on your opinion of quarterbacks that are better than Brady,,I also agree with Sport (?) that your second grouping of qb's are not in Brady's league at all,,,are you serious?? I'm not sure what football games you have been watching, but Tom Brady has done one thing consistantly for the patriots,,,,,,WIN..WIN..WIN.... Not only in the regular season, but also in EVERY big game he's played in!!!! BRADY HASN'T LOST A PLAYOFF GAME!!!!!!

If you were to ask a majority of NFL coaches who they would want to have as their qb in a big game,,,,,,,,,,,pretty sure it would be TOM BRADY!!!!

Not sure if you watched many Pats game this year Kobe, but if you did you would really appreciate what Brady has done;

This Patriot team is very special, no all pro players who are full of themselves, just a team full of hard core football players who play their ass off for the best coach in football.

Brady wasnt even feeling well and he still carved up the Steel Curtain

FOXBORO, Mass. (AP) -- New England quarterback Tom Brady had a 103 degree fever the night before the Patriots beat the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC championship game, Sports Illustrated reported.

The magazine said in this week's issue that Brady had an intravenous line in his left -- non-throwing -- arm on Saturday night while fighting off chills in his Pittsburgh hotel room. In outdoor temperatures of 11 degrees, Brady threw for two touchdowns with no interceptions to lead the Patriots to a 41-27 victory and their third Super Bowl appearance in four years.

the fact is if the pats win this one belichik will be the most successfull nfl coach in superbowl history. better than lombardi whom the trophy is named after.and tom brady is in a class reserved for lengendary men like montana,bradshaw,namath...men who wrote the history of this great game with thier heads and hearts. the new england patriots ,if they win this one, becomes a supersonic team flying in the stratosphere of other great teams of the past.the steelers,cowboys,niners,..winners.they say its a near impossible task to get to the SB once,to get there 4 times and lose like the bills is an amazing feat. people under rate tom brady. its happening now on all the talk shows. whats the biggest topic this week? will TO play and rush limbaughs comment on espn about mcnabb.meanwhile tom bradys preparing to shock the masses again. mcnabb is a solid QB for sure. exeptional in that hes gotten his team where they are and been very consistent in his career.but even if the eagles with this mcnabb will have to win 3 more to be thought of as a quality legendary QB. perhaps rush did him no favors with that comment because its how donovan will be remembered in the coming years.wait till next week. media day will be limbaugh day for that poor guy.he should just invite him down to jacksonville and stay in his room with him.lol.talent on loan from god baby.~RG
