I live in Jacksonville and got a phone call asking me to rent my home for 1000 a nite

If this were true, it would probably cost me 2000 dollars just to fix the damage they would cause. what do you think? good or bad idea

I know someone in Tampa who did it a few years back. They got around 10k for thurs-monday. You need to take it seriously though and protect yourself with some sort of contract and security deposit. BTW- they had no problems with the people that rented out the house in Tampa.

ace may be right though....if u can really put something together to protect yourself, but are u really going to do that?

amazing how many girls take him up on it, if I wasnt married, I would rent the other 3 bedrooms I have to 3 girls for 100 per week each, pay my mortgage and watch em walk around in their panties all nite.

better check and see how much hotel rooms are.

I sell stuff at the Superbowls every year. There are no hotel room in Jax at least not cheap I would think you could get about 2-3k per night. Get deposit and contract. I have rented from people before asnd it was alot better than hotel room. Most are news service people not partier they are working and just need a place to lay their head so I wouldnt expect them tearing up your placxe. Plus the company they work for is paying the bill and i THINK THEY WOULD LOSE THEIR JOB IF THEY DID. Its is a good deal. I heard NFl was going to be using cruise ships for housing. Just said on the news the hotel room going for as much as 5k per night.
