Do not like them as a whole, for obvious reasons.

Understand the added safety it does provide for players.

My wish is that some would not time-out so quickly.

In fact, a happy medium would be great imo..........say after 50 minuites or so.

I would prefer that over 15 miniute time-outs and also having none at all.

Timeouts stink, but most books just can't stay ahead of the moves with the info highway these days. Slow movers are professional players dreams. As long as they pay of course.

Skybook has the quickest time-outs in the biz.

You would consider them insecure?

Tmeouts stink, I've said this before, let the players have the option of how often to time-out. Let the player choose anywhere bewteen 5 minutes and 2 hours.

YES, I would consider Skybook insecure. Not just the timeouts, but the 20 second wager delays, in which they sit there deciding whether to change the line after you have confimed to bet it. And all this for a measely $500 limit.

If its really for players safety then their software tech needs to add an option. and have the user decide if he wants the software to timeout every x minutes, if the softwar eis not smart enough then your clients may think people who run the sportbook are dumb also. Or never timeout like Oly, wsex, carib, intertops, canbet, mansion. The user should decide whats best for him not the book, I mean if a user places all his wagers form home then there is no reason to log him off!

Strange, I make 2-3 limits sized wagers there a day and I cant recall the last time that happened to me.

I must be betting into bad lines. :icon_conf

Don't timeouts in some cases help the player? The line could change your way right?

the only time I can remember being "helped" by getting timed out is when I've gotten locked out of a last minute bet that would have been a loser.
