Hi guys,
I am new here, and pretty new to the whole internet gambling community, but I am having some problems with VIPSports that I don't really know what to do with. The money is I'm sure nothing special for them, but the way they've dealt with me has annoyed me to no end. Here's my story:
It all started in December when I few buddies and I wanted to bet on a college basketball game. After a friend's advice, I deposited at VIP on a credit card (I realize it now to be a MAJOR mistake) and I made a bet for just over $130. I won the bet without any trouble, and decided to withdrawal the next day. This is where the problems began.
First, I was emailed a credit card verification sheet which I had to fill out, and fill that out while emailing my license/credit card back to VIP. This form was completed and emailed out on December 14th, and my money was pending. It seemed quick and painless, although I never got my money. Next on December 26th, I received an e-mail from VIP addressed to a different user name, which addressed me by the wrong first name, and said that my Neteller request (for the wrong amount) had failed. Pretty bizarre, I thought, and since it was in the midst of the holidays, I figured I'd just take care of it in early January. The problems continued.....
Three more times throughout this month, using my registered email address, the email was re-sent. Also, I used an AOL account once to send the same information, in an e-mail that is around 2.5MB in size (something any server should be able to hold). Went to LiveHelp to verify the e-mails throughout this time, and they continue to say that none of these emails were sent. They were all sent to the right address (believe me, customer service repeated it so many times that I'll never forget it), and although I never received a delivery notification status failure, which I ALWAYS receive after a faulty e-mail, VIP claims to have not gotten any e-mails from me.
I went to customer service this week, and was finally reminded that I could fax the info, which I proceeded to do last night. I faxed the info and left, and of course was informed this morning that the fax was never received. I was then told by customer service that it was my fault because I didn't wait to confirm that it went through. I've faxed things before and never had a problem, much like I've done with email, and never had a problem. I am now being told to re-fax the info, which I will do this weekend, although at this point I'm not sure it will make a difference. Any suggestions? Thanks for listening guys.
