Betting on a winner which sport gives you the biggest high?

For me this is a no brainer. I can bet 10 basketball winners and bet one horse winner and its the best feeling in the world. nothing like betting on a winning horse. I am so excited I cant describe in words. betting on a basket winner doesnt even get my adrenalin going.

Horse racing - no comparisons. Especially when you've worked it all out perfectly and the race unfolds just as you planned.

In particular jumps racing is even more of a buzz as even when a horse is clear it still has the obstacles to overcome - added adrenalin kick - flat racing although 2nd best for kick is tame in comparison.

Nothing beats the ponies but it happens so rarely.......

I would say nothing beat hitting some long odds futures bets. I had 60 to 1 on the Angels to win a couple of years ago. It was quite a rush:smoker2:

yeah i had biffle as well.
those are the best wins. when the guy you bet on has the fastest car, yet has to come back from mid pack due to a bad pit stop. he's getting closer and closer to the leader every lap.
nascar racecast pit command is great as you can see everyone's speed for every lap.

I only bet to win in Nascar.....hard 4 winners last year. Nothing sweeter than Biffle on the last one. Especially with all the restarts late in the race. Plus I hit a "bad" line at 20 to 1, and still got paid:drink:

I love betting over 8.5 baseball totals and have the score 6-3 after the first inning on a beautiful summer day.

Golf longshot very close 2nd.

yeah kind of. nicer to hit a 30/1 in nascar, but i don't mind winning w/ one of the gordons at short odds on a road course.

I know the question was for sports but for me the greatest rush I get is when I'm playing don't pass and don't come in craps. I love to get against every number (4,5,6,8,9,10), laying full odds of course, and when that 7 pops up I feel like jumping through the roof. For me it's the most overwhelming feeling of gambling and it gets my blood boiling like nothing else. It takes 5 minutes for the dealers to pay me off and it seems like they hand me a dump truck full of chips. Every player at the table is buring holes through me with the heat of their eyes.

It's quite a feeling if you've never experienced it before

When you see the football team huddle in close for the 'knee'...

I also enjoy on the ticker when you see your side in baseball put up 3-4 runs and their still batting...I don't like to look in , just like to see the inning still alive...

...or that unbelievable feeling when you see the punter step out of the endzone to send a total over or you just sneaked inside the number....one time about 5 years ago the IOWA (of all teams) punter did this for me, gave me the side and total, all on that safety...went from 0-2 to 2-0
