I really think its a good Idea for books to do this....eliminates scammers and multiple accounts etc. I had to fax a copy of my DL to BetandWin to get paid back in 2000. If Mansion is doing this I see it as a good management decision.

I have known many books to ask for a piece of ID + a copy of a utility Bill....

I have an account at MANSION but have not requested a payout yet so I am not sure....

I am pretty sure that a license + copy of cable bill would be fine....

Mansion and Betfair have asked me for id - credit card copies and passport or drivers licence. Only required to provide the id once thankfully.

I wouldn't do this to a dodgy book though.

I have stated this before, but I wish that if a book is going to ask for ID, then they should do it upon signing up not just when requesting a w/d. Seems like they are fine taking anyones money, but they want to know who they are paying. I hate that.

Yes that would be better..I only see this on CC deposits. Neteller is pretty good at this, they usually verify through TRW before you can deposit.

What is fee for Neteller?

How long does transaction take to complete?

Why do I need to supply a copy of the front and back of my credit card and photographic ID,
before I can make a withdrawal?

Here at Mansion the security of our customers’ details and funds is of top priority. It is for this reason that we request a copy of the front and back of every credit card to which a withdrawal is to be made. When sending us the copy of the back of your credit card, please make sure that the signature is clearly visible. If you have any concerns about sending a copy of the front of your card, you may block out parts of the card number provided that the last four digits are clearly visible.

Photographic ID

Supplying current, valid photographic ID is a prerequisite of any MANSION account holder before making a withdrawal for the first time. This can be either a photographic driving license or a passport. When sending your ID to MANSION, please make sure that your photograph and signature are clearly visible. Providing us with your ID assists us in preventing fraud and helps us to verify that our customers are at least 18 years of age.
Both types of ID can be sent to us one of three ways: via email to customerservice@mansion.com, by fax to +350 41001 or by post to MANSION Member Services, PO Box 561, Suite 6/480, Gibraltar. ID need only be sent once. When received, your account will be immediately updated and you will be able to withdraw from your Mansion account.

Mansion require either a copy of your passport or a copy of your drivers license...

I deposited through NETeller and have withdrawn through NETeller and bank wire.

You can just scan and email... but if you want to use fax, you have to add their country code....
