I bet about 3-4 days a week. I lose if I bet everyday or even a lot of games on the board on any given day. I hate to lose, and action is only fun when you win. It would appear that I'm in the minority, but not sure. Two close friends of mine bet only 3-4 days a week, so who knows?
I would agree, I dont think it is that high. Every day is crazy. If the question was "what percentage of the players here play 90% of the time?" Then I would think it would be over 85%. This is my slowest time of the year personally, I might play 3-5 games per right now. When baseball starts it will be like 10-12 plays per day.
There is always a couple of good plays on the board everyday...if you take the time to look..some days they win and some they barely lose to the chalk. I see bases as the best time to go consistent...and the best place to learn is sitting in those little chairs at Barbary Coast's sportsbook, all the old timers go there and are full of knowledge.

I bet only 6-7 months a year (15 plays a week approx) and yes i miss the buzz but I'm not going to bet just for the sake of it. I know my sport and my limitations so the break just whets my appetite for the next season and as a bonus keeps my bankroll intact.
