I have only good things to say about them.

They always offered very nice bonuses.
Now they have also improved on CS and payouts.

They're in the best shape they've been in in a long while. General is a good barometer of how they're doing. I think he said not too long ago he hasn't had a complaint about them in months.

However, this upgrade notes that SBR does not expect any slow pay periods or financial problems in the short term.
