Over a crappy $29 Blackjack bet.

I put $60 every month for the blackjack bonus. Get it up to $100 which intitles me to my $40 bonus. For some reason it's not there.

I have $29 left and pull Blackjack against an ace. The software doesn't allow you take even money and It also doesn't give you time to add more money to the account. The software is a joke.

Of course it pushes.

I call up customer service and they pretty much don't give a sh*t and put the bonus money in my account after the fact and tell me too bad on the hand.

What is that?

I would try and overlook one bad experience here. 365 is a good book IMO.

Sorry about your troubles.

When you have a BJ against a dealer Ace, you can just take insurance. It is the same thing as taking even money.

You only need to put in $40, wager it once thru, leave the table, go to the cashier, and the $40 monthly bonus will be there for you.

That's what I wanted to do, take even money. But I couldn't cause there wasn't enough money in the account. No bonus money to do it and they don't allow you to put in anymore money during the hand. If they're going to do that, then they have to give you the option of just taking "even money" on a blackjack.

Can you imagine being in a casino and not being allowed to take money out of your wallet to cover that or a double down? All you're doing is pis sing people off when that situation comes up.

I've been with them for four years and it doesn't matter if you're there four years or four days, they treat their customers the same way.

Insurance is a suckers bet anyway, even when you have a backjack against an ace. The software forced you to make the right play. Probably hard to see it that way though.

yes, as mentioned here insurance is a sucker bet. Also, NEVER* bet more than half your balance, you're throwing away money if you can't DD or split on any given hand.

Yes, it is a sucker bet, but when you are trying to wager to meet a roll over requirement it is a free roll for the player.

Probably why they didn't care. Figured you were trying to getthat extra money wagered to get a free 40 bux more otwrds another bonus 9if I am reading it right that is).

Makes sense on their part to protect themselves, like all books do, but if you have played there that long an exception could be made I am sure.

With bonus the player has the advantage. Insurance/even money always a bad bet online. Onland it may be the right play depending on circumstances.
