Locals Closing Too Early

Got fukkin shut out last night at 11:OOPM with two locals trying to get action on Utah. It cost me big

What is this bull **** with loclas closing at 8PM.

It is getting early and earlier

Bull ****. I am taking most of my action offshore now.

One of the books was some dick at MW named Sporty

Amazing how they do not want late action

I believe almost all of them close at 8:00pm EST. exception of Sunday and Monday night Football.

I remember when that was part of the thrill,lol...making sure you got all the bets in...

When I lived at the Ocean we had no phone at our place, it was quite an adventure always trying to get to a pay phone before the games went off....

How well I remenber those days. I cant count how many times I called and the line was busy. I remember standing out in freezing weather. I miss those good old days.

i only book for one guy and i let him call WHENEVER he wants. as long as he gets it in before the game starts he's good. In close to 2 years we only had one discrepancy. Of course this isn't good for everyone but if you knew this guy and saw his plays you would do it too.

No problem with my local. I can even call at tipoff sometimes. But i had a bs call on my Cali play on sat. I called it in the bathroom for a reason and he just got a blank message. Well thats 2 units down the drain from my total.

I had a big fallingout with a local once because of this...... We had a agreement about me leaving plays for him on his voice mail. I had a smaller limit on these plays and we used the "closing line". Well I bet a 8-1 dog in boxing and he said he never got the message. I was down on the week and after that happened,there was no way I was going to pay him. It still did not balance out though. I would have won more than what I ended up owing him.

my "local" closes after the last game starts

on monday's - that is 9P (PST) and when HI plays feetball - when they game starts - they close as soon as it goes off

they also open @ 8A on weekends during FB season and about 60-90 minutes before the 1st game starts weekdays
