The delay that they are going to have during halftime after last years fiasco.......is that delay only during halftime or during the game also?

Only guessing but have to say halftime only for 5 second delay. The game is no different than any other as far as what happens during play. The 5 second delay is for halftime acts that might try to get creative.

there has been a 5 sec delay for a while now....

sometimes I see the 3 points pop up on cbssportsline before i see it on TV!

isnt there some good shows on other channels during half time?

Heck if you are watching on directv ,you may be getting up to a eight second delay? 3 normal and now another 5.

woody queen latifah was on jay leno after it happened she said she saw janets boob and bragged about how big her tv was her braging about her TV size has nothing to do with the fact shes black ok?! anyways that dyke latifah i bet she smells like red snapper in her special place i have no doubts
