No. Detroit -13 and over is a correlation. (if that's possible.)

Didn't know if you knew that Atlanta's starting forward Josh Smith(7.8 PPG) is out at least 3-4 games after hurting his ankle Monday night against Orlando. He will be raplaced by Josh Childress(6.3 PPG) as a starter, and the off the bench help will be Dinta Carter(1.9 PPG).
The above combined with the fact that Detroit's Home defense is avreaging 86.2 PPG while Atlanta's Away defense is averaging 100.4 PPG is enough to make lots of books nervous about any side or total. As a result the game gets circled which equals no parlays.

They won't let you do any combination of the side and the total using the same game when the game line is over -10. They are afraid of you loading the gameline with the over on a blowout. It is bullshit because I can't tell you how many times I have seen a favorite cover the spread and the game stay over.
Same in baseball with the runline and the over. Although it is not just the favorite and the over. They are also afraid of the dog and the under.
To me, no matter what they say, they are independent bets and it is bs.
