They issued a charge back to the book already.. I heard they our under new management!! Why do they think they can threaten me. I keep sending them money each week.

Despite their recent announcement of new management and supposedly "new money", I heard they are hard up for money right now and trying to pull out all stops to scrape up whatever money they can. Just be aware and on the lookout for these guys.

I had one chargeback about 10 months ago which was dealt with appropriately, i told them when i would be able to square up the instant ach with them and then it was done thru money gram. Fair and Square...<o

The guy in collections talked to me friday, and I told him I didn't have any $ to send. He tried to get aggresive with me. Saying I could go to jail for this. LMFAO..... i already sent 800 bucks in... Bounced ach's don't fly. Also this money was used for gambling purposes.... I will pay the debt off eventually, but I hate to be threatened by these clowns.

dont bounce checks.

they cant do anything, regardless... if they could they wouldnt waste their time on threatening phone calls and theyd just have you arrested.
