For people hoping to see legalized sports betting under state regulations outside of Nevada, one of the first battlefields over the issue could now be forming in Minnesota.

Should legalize everything in a state that is frozen 3/4 of the year.

fun read article. But there is zero chance this passes in Minnesota. We could not even pass an OTB law to give a few OTB outlets around the cities, you have to go to Canterbury to get in horse wagers. It failed due to expansion of gambling issues. This is only some more leverage ideas to scare the indian casinos to start sharing some income from the casinos.

and today its 46F!!! HEAT wave baby! We do support global Warming.

Good points there, I have no expectations for it passing. It just will advance our fight if they bring it up and force the opponents to show up. The more the opposition is forced into uncomfortable spots to fight these efforts te sooner they will eventually lose. It will take time, but I believe Minnesota could one day be the watershed state on this so would hope everyone looks out for this and help if possible. If you live in the state talk to politicians and get the ball rolling for us all.
