This is something that has been brought up on here time and time again, but in all reality we will probably never know that answer to this. Many people's first mistake when trying to determine who is a bettor capper by comparisons, is to automatically base their opinons by how much someone wagers, which is very misleading. In easier terms, just because someone bets large doesnt mean they are any more sharp than someone that bets much less.....

How much people bet is not far off being an accurate guide though admitedly there are a few exceptions for high earners, wealthy etc.
the largest bettors are normally the ones bettors are the ones betting from bankrolls that are obviously showing profit to enable them to step up the size of wagers.
Put it this way if someone (unknown) came up to me and wanted $10k on a horse at early odds of say 9/1 I'd pretty much assume he was sharp.

If God magically posted a thread revealing who were the sharpest bettors overall out of the Manyyyyyyyyyy....... members here, I guarantee you there might only be 1 or 2 names that anyone expects. The rest would be total surprises.......

Most of you guys are one and two year wonders like almost every gambler in the world
you have good years and bad years, not saying your not sharp though. There is a big difference from being sharp and winning almost every year.
There are only 3 guys I know of that have buried bookmakers for more than 15 years and made big time money
1. Shrink--no one close, no need for explanation
2. Fishhead- Wins every fukkin year
3. Total Square- Always seems to have best number and have witnessed his betting tickets and even a big timer like me falls of his fukkin steel chair when I see amounts.

There are no more than 10 bettors on this forum that are up more percent to stake for the period I have - 12 years plus fact.
I may not have won the most being part-time but probably am the most up to unit stake - anyone claim to win more than 20% to stakle?? I think not - so lander if you know nothing keep it shut.

I am about as sharp as an orange but if you give me two sets of numbers that are far enough apart,I will make money gauranteed. Not many one way guys can say that. They might win some here and there, but in terms of consistancy they cannot win them all and the losses generally ass up.
There is no way to truly know anyways. And who really cares? This is afterall a posting forum. Even when people meet at a baskh or a party, they might have their Mississippi Bankroll out. Or they may have borrowed money from someone to look like a big shot.

In my experience the less people claim to win, the more likely they are to be winning. Who brags about something they do all the time? Why do you think guys post about some 5 or 6 team parlay when they hit one? becausethey probably have bet 4 or 5 hundred of the frigging things, and this is the first one they ever hit.
Kinda like bragging about banging your old lady. If you are doing it consistantly why the need to brag, everyone should know you do that anyways.
