I want the EAGLES to get hammered, but.......

........where is the flaw in this team?

They have outstanding players all over the football field at various positions.

These Philly fans are starting to make me believe this.

Some say McNabb is a better Qb than Brady and that Westbrook is better than Dillin......and they have Jeramiah in the middle coupled with a very solid secondary that is better than NE has to offer.

They dont have to convince me with their PK being the best in the biz.

Am I falling for their homerism?

Fish, regardless of how weak the NFC was this year....it is not easy for a team to go 14-2 or whatever they went during the regular season....

They are certainly no pushover.......

Fish - they have one big weakness. You can run on them all day. NE will exploit this. The reason Atlanta didn't is because Philly didn't respect the Falcon passing attack.

I'm not a Philly fan, never have been.

I'm all over the Eagles today.

These teams are very evenly matched, except in the hype arena.

You are correct. Football is a game of match-ups and I can't find really any glaring differences.

Pinnacle has props mostly all favoring NE today. Their limits are higher. I won't say for certain that NE will beat the spread but I have to think Pinnacle has done their homework on this one.

NE is the game & huge ML favorite, so shouldn't they be favored
in most of the props, like team to score 1st, 2nd, 3rd, last, 1H,
2H, etc? I would presume all books props are this way.

Most of the scoring props are favored largely toward the Pats. Yes, X, the Pats are naturally favored because of the -7 line. But the odds are so skewed toward NE that a book would lose a lot of money if they had this game wrong.

It's possible. I'm thinking it's not likely but I guess that's why it's called gambling. Nothing is a sure thing in this game.

You and D2 are two of the finest posters here...and both from the Chicago area. Im happy for both of you hittin' the books hard today and long-term.

I made out ok myself with the Pats m/l and PHL 3.5 prop, cant complain. D2 is the master at probabilites and numbers, wouldn't dare wanna book his bets.
