Is the action still on NE or is there some Philly rolling in now? I talked to a couple of locals I know and they said the Philly action started comming hard last night. And is still comeing into today which has balance them to about 55%NE 45%Philly. I guess they were waiting for a move that hasnt really happened yet.

4 different sites I went to has had a dramatical drop in this last week compare to the first week.....on both Ne side and over.
1st week over 70% on NE and over
2nd week about mid 50% on NE and over
