As I understand it you can get one free withdrawal every 14 days as long as you have made at least one deposit using Neteller.
I want to make a free Neteller withdrawal but I have never used them to fund my account. So as I understand it if I make at least one deposit using Neteller I can then turn around and get a free withdrawal every 14 days, is that correct?
Can I withdraw any amount or only to the amount I deposited?
