DAV 168-This is my opinion on the questions you have asked. When considering to buy a race horse with partnerships I see nothing wrong with it for most people. But for me it would not work. WHY? The reason it would not work for me is becouse I want to make the decision on what to buy,who to train, and where to run.In a quick nut shell:do your homework:find the best trainer available to train your horse.Look for the high % trainers. They are high % for a reason. They win.You have to win in this business to survive. When claiming a horse try to claim from a LOW % trainer. This way your trainer can improve on the horse and you can win some races.Remember when getting into owning horses it is a VERY expensive sport.Training, food, shoes, vets, jockeys, etc, etc adds up quick. So a partnership may be best for you.I spent 10 minuites answering some ?'s of yours I would need days to answer them fully. But most importantly do your homework.Watch replays-look at numbers ask questions and learn before you jump right into it.Later GREENHEAD
