What rights do you have if a casino says you cant gamble there anymore if you are not cheating and not counting cards they are simply saying that the style of your play is one that they do not want to deal with?

Try to prove that it's because of your race, religion, creed, or other protected class. Otherwise, as Slash said...

There are no rights in this business. After sending money, the ball is in their court and we can only hope they pay us back what is due.

They are telling me that being i have beaten them up over the years they only have a 1.7 % chance of beating me and that with players like this they are soon going to change the rules of BJ. I did notice in alot of casinos that they are allowing the dealers to hit on soft 17s do you realize what an advantage this is for the house. The next move i think will happen is a disappearance of 2 deck Bj it is a very beatable game if you are a good player. To me it seems like what they are telling me is discrimination unless i am missing something?

As everyone has been saying....none....it's in essence private property. A casino can kick you out for not liking the way you look. It's sadly there house and there rules.

No but there are many casinos where i will not play because they have a systematic shuffle, also you have to realize that many casinos are owned by the same parent co so therefore this proves to be a double edged sword!

If they still have a 1.7% edge they should let you play.

If you are good enough to be banned you should also be good enough to know how to deal with it, even with the consolidation now taking place in the industry.

Take your game elsewhere and apply some camouflage.

Edit: Unless you are read the trespass act you can go back at a later time when they have forgotten about you and try your luck again.
