What ODDS Will Anyone Give Me Regarding????

Seriously, is there any poster out there that would be willing to give me some pretty decent odds that ODU will make the SWEET 16 during March Madness?

Since there are some who don't think they will make it unless they win their conference tournament, the odds of ODU going to the SWEET 16 should be fairly long....

Anyone?????

since you only have to win 2 games, how high do you expect ? they'll probably be a 9 or 10 seed.. I think 10-1 would be generous

I think you overvalue ODU Shrink. They are not as good as you think IMO.

There is no way they will be higher than a 12 seed meaning they'd have to beat a 5 seed and a 4 seed to reach it. By the coaches poll, the worst #5 seed would be Cincinnati and the worst #4 would be Utah. I'd say the odds would be more like 40-1. The problem is how are they going to get by Towson in the Colonial tourney?

You know back in our day we'd get that Towson Center rocking. Kirk Lee, Devin Boyd and Chuck Lightening were awesome. I did see Towson and Drexel on TV this year. They are bad. ODU wants no part of that Pat Kennedy tourney magic he's going to pull off.

Here is two for you,

I threw lightening a alleupe (spelling) dunk pass in a pick up game at Burdick Gym, or was it Burke Gym, you know where I am talking about. I will never forget it, because he called for it when I was at about half court bring the ball over, and he pointed up and I just moved forward and fed him a sweet one, and he crushed it......I was all about my self....the gym went nuts hahahahaha

And Did you know AP went to Kings College his first year of many in academic reform, and Kennedy had just left when I was there, was still hanging in the gym a few times. I played ball with those boys too. Let me tell you the Wilkes Barre/ Scranton area is loaded with a million McNamara type of players. Fast white catholic irish or polish kids, with strong ass legs, and great jumpers.

By Sagarin ratings they have played the 276th schedule and ranked number 50. Not exactly what you need to prepare for the Big Dance. I say the true odds are probably about 20-1. I would say chances are only 50/50 to get in should they not with the Colonial tournament.

i believe they may have a decent chance actually, bad scenerio is them getting the 8/9 game, and having to face Illinois or UNC 2nd round
