I requested payouts for the first time from 2 books today!

Hi guys,

on the advice of many forum members here on the rx I deposited at www.betroyal.com and www.thegreek.com a few months back and today I said what the hell I will request my first payouts using these 2 books via western union!

I called olympic at 11:07 pm a woman name neisha answers gets my info and she was able to give me the senders name and had the money withdrew from my account in less than 5 minutes, I didnt have to hassle with sending a id, the western union fees are just like if you are sending money they dont double you up like most books do, Also what I love about olympic is you can buy up to 10 points in ncaa and nba hoops, also they have almost any type of wager you could ever want including 15 team ifs which I love to play for fun and you dont even have to bet the same amount on each! anyway you do have to wait until after 6pm est to get your control number but hey thats not a prob at all as the money has already been taken out of the account and I dont anticipate any problems there, so if you are new here I would definitly suggest if you dont already have a account at olympic everyone should get one as they imo all the way around are the best out there as they even take wagers over the phone for as little as $5.

I called betroyal at 11:15 pm and spoke to a clear english speaking guy who was very friendly however I was on hold and didnt get him until 11:24 so I waited on hold 9 minutes listening to some music, I requested the payout and you do have to either fax or email a photocopy of id here which is a bit of a hassle but understandable, the western union fees there are double those of olympic, their website is more difficult than olympics and you can only buy 3 pts in ncaa and nba, I am going to send the photocopy a little later today and I will be back to inform of how easy the payout was, I do appreciate all betroyal does in these forums all across the net as they sponsor lots of great contests and if all goes well with the withdrawal a little later I do intend on continuing to play there some as I show my appreciation for all the contests and the customer service seems good! hope you all have a good day and have a great weekend!

Alan could you explain the difference between WU fees?....WU fees I thought were pretty standard and according to WU in most cases...

Ex. you have dime sent the fee is approx like 70 bucks (roughly)

both cash deposits journey and the difference in fees on a dime are at olympic to withdraw $1000 its $50 and at betroyal its $82, also for smaller players on as little as $100 fees are $15 at oly and $31 at royal, I am in no way bashing against royal I respect them as I am just passing the info along to the newer crowd and those who are interested, as stated I do intend on continuing to play at royal some. thanks, always good to know books latest payout fees/procedures etc...With Royal's creative bonuses and many contests I suspect they are a more likely target for bonus whores, than a book like Olympic...good info

yeah I do know this is common knowledge to most but maybe to some its not! I just really was posting because I was happy I am fortuate enough to be able to request a withdrawal for a change and was very pleased with olympic when I didnt know what to expect just what I heard, I have tried most all the books and even pinnacle does not quite rank up with olympic in my opinion but once again I didnt mean for this post to put royal down as there are much much worse books out there then royal, I just have alot harder time with their website than most but I dont have a prob overall there.

Beliieve me Western Union fees vary from different books. Some charge you 40-45$ for 500, some charge 75$ for 500. Big difference. I signed up for Neteller yesterday and did the instcash deposit to Pinnacle, WOW quick, cheap and I'll never use Western Union again unless in an emergency.

Agree WU is NOT the way to go ....but Neteller isn't available for everyone.

best books for WU payouts

1- 5dimes (fastest)
1a- Olympic (cheapest)
2- hollywood (fast and covers first 30 dollars once a month)

thanks norega for the info! I have had great past relations with 5 dimes have not yet tried hollywood that is a book I intend on depositing with soon!

I will give the royal update asap shrink just a matter of when I get the copy of id sent so it may be a little while as i wont be in access of fax or scanner for a few hours and I will continue to post updates on books when I request payouts for the first time!

definitely try hollywood, if you arent a bonus guy you can get into the -107 program. which is great.. you even lay -07 on quarters and halves.

draw back is they dont offer halves on all NCAA games, just the big ones

fees vary based on what country the book is in as well....International fees are not the same all over..

The books that you send to El Salvador, are cheaper than the Costa Rica books......

On 300.00 deposit, its either 15.00 or 29.00

And this has nothing to do with the book, it is western union's fees....

Neteller is definitely the way to go with royal.

Called in a request for $2500 the other day, and was in my neteller account in less than 30 minutes. No faxing of forms, ids either.

tidbit that many may not know..

Books use "agencies" for western union payouts/deposits.. agencies charge the book a fee for each transaction... some charge more because of the risk... some books absorb that fee as a part of business, some incorporate it into their fees for withdrawals thus much higher fees than other books

ok photocopy of id was sent as I went over to a friends and give it about 20 minutes and call royal and they say yes they recieved the id photocopy BUT it was not clear enough the pic was to dark and they could not make it out! so needless to say yeah that is frustrating so I will try to send it once more today in a few moments and will keep you posted but nonetheless that is absurd!

Bottom line is if you need picture ID to collect at Western Union, WHY THE HELL do they need your pic ID on file to collect your winnings. They don't ask for it when you send it,lol. This is the MAIN reason I won't play at Royal, no matter how good they are to the Rx because no reason for them to ask for picture ID on WU payouts.
