What motivates us to post ? part one !

More just silently read, never bother to post ! Some want clarification on a point, others may have a desire to help ( me ?) . Some want $$$ out of a stiff book.

Some are lonely ? , or bored ?

Some are like JJgold, want to entertain ? Then there's the MOD SQUAD !

Some are future touts in training wheels !

Others want attention !

I attempt " Seinfeld" like greatness as a writer for the show . Perhaps I become the next " Larry David", or the next "George Costanza", maybe a complete idiot ?

Primarily come to Rx looking for solid capping angles from regional and local experts, pertinent industry info, and to learn from it's many solid sports-minded folks.

Scan threads the vast majority of time, yet step forward with about 2 to 3 opinionated posts per 1 to 3 hour late-night visit.

Visit during day hours in baseball season and weekends, otherwise mostly an insomniac's hobby.

I enjoy the shop-talk, yet wish Rail would come home, and hope Winky's busy officiating season would slow down, as they are solid west coast cappers, and add sauce-factor to the forum..and where did ATX go with his halve-wagering and in-game plays?

Also enjoy Fezzik and Tuley keeping the Rx abreast of LV Blvd, yet both seem to have gone to their home sites exclusively of late..LVA and DRF.

Shoe I would be around one way or another but my wife likes to eat once in a while so the pay comes in handy. Actually the Rx. has been very good to me and I remain a very contented poster.

Horshoe : I follow most of what your'e saying ! I occasionally make my bets overnight ( often really), then I might let loose with the spirits. I'm a drunk as well as a gambler, I try to balance those factors. I value math too.

I started posting here over 4 yrs ago because I Wanted some info on offshore gambling and put those words into a search engine and found this site...Then when they asked for Mods many years ago I said I might be interested in doing it part time as I consider myself a people person ,along with about 15 others that wanted to do it also.....

I never thought I would get to know many of you and consider some of you friends, never in a million years, but after going to 2 bashes and meeting a ton of you and some more then once and , trust me , IN PERSON most I have met are different then there posting persona.... like
Bigbet, ppeter,panther, gameface..jeffksu..GatorLT. Cedarcreeker .bucsfan..general... Shrinkage .. Fisher and many others I can not remember them all they have grown on me.....So I post and try to help keep the forums clean and to to talk about sports and gaming info, but in my case also, I have made friends so I post to hang out with them to...and even if I was not a mod , which im not half the year anyway usually, I would STILL post alot here

Working here aside, I very much enjoy posting. Once I found these boards on the Net which possessed a means to teach me more about what I was doing anyhow (Sports Gambling), I was hooked. I find the info an absolute must and I find the other discussions about life to be educational. As an employee, I cannot stress enough how much I do enjoy helping posters where I can. It is not about "what can you do for me?", but "What can I do for you?" It is hard to arrange a meeting amongst minds to discuss wagers with friends, due to varying lifestyles, but on the forum, we can always fins someone to discuss issues with. It was quite creative, these boards, and I am very thankful for them.

I like very much to post on the boards.
