I reversed my pending withdraw and lost the money.

But I just got an email from Neteller saying the money is in from my poker site.

Should I transfer the money to other poker site before they take it again? or... should I tell them the truth?

I think they will find it soon or later........ but..

Can they transfer my money from Neteller without my permission?

Anyone had same situation?

I am thinking to keep it. It is not my fault.

I would'nt do it , DD. Poker sites and Neteller will work in conjunction to get the money somehow. If you win at the poker sites, they will not let you withdraw until you cover the money. You will also risk some return fees from Neteller. Just face the music. You'll be better off in the long run.

Sounds like a mess...If you intend to want to use Neteller in the future you should send it back for sure! Sounds like the casino was in error...certainly not Neteller

well,

anyhow, I do not like the one who made mistake. Their software is not good.
So I was thinking to stop play there.

They can't get money from neteller without my permission so.. i do not worry about bounce check.

they get enough money from me. ..lol

We will see.
BTW, i transfered it to other site.

lol

But you're basically burning your bridges with Neteller. They will close your account and the new site you play at will require that you send the original deposit back to Neteller(at least that is the policy for most site). Good luck on whatever decision you make.

No, I've never reversed a withdrawal and so have never had the opportunity to defraud anyone due to what appears to be a software glitch.

You sound like you lose regularly at poker, but if you should happen to win at the new site but can't get your money because your NETeller account is locked please don't come here and whine about it.

Yeah man !!! do the right thing, they never asked you to send the money to them, that was your choice to make, now if you keep the money you will be doing something wrong.
