I'm not a big McCarver fan, but he is bringing me in; I had know idea he caught the last pitch in '68 with Gibson on the mound. He said Gibson still holds the WS record with 17 K's....He had Al Leiter on today who is probably in his last year or two; a class act. He plans on running for Congress in New Jersey after he is out of Baseball for all you Political Threaders...He has campaigned for Guliani and is great friends with all the Republicans in NY and NJ...see you at Spring Training..G
