I watching this guy in the pro bowl game throwing bad passes all over the place and wondering how can this idiot play QB in the National Football League! Guess what? He just threw his first INT. Now I wonder what is going to be his excuse for his poor performance, I know he cant blame his WRs or teammates.

And so it goes......

He is not a great passer and imo an middle tier qb. What he gets recognized for is making a few good highlight real plays per game and that some how overshadows all the bad ones. Don't be fooled by media with him.

everyone kept saying he is a terrible pocket passer. stuborn robfunk didnt want to listen to you guys.

well, i witnessed in the big game that he is a joke of a pocket passer he just wants to run run run. jaws schooled him on the nfl breakdown they had today he left recievers in stride and even westbrook wide wide open in flat just beacause he saw pats coming he couldnt flick it out to open players like a good skilled qb should

they just wont win it with mcnabb.

nfl teams they always want to lock these black qbs with crazy legs into 100 mil contracts but they are not capable of producing sb titles.

mcnabb, vick, culpepper. I kept sticking up for these guys in the past and i know i know i know i was wrong and im sorry and i realize i was annoying. i finnaly see the light now.

I've read those McNabb highlights twice and I can't find where he won a Super Bowl ring. Am I missing something?

This guy won one:

I would rather my team not make the playoffs than to continually choke in the big games.

Would rather see the Eagles get a shot at the Super Bowl than watch some other team playing for it anyday.

And they didn't choke...when you're a 7 point underdog and 70 percent of the world says you will lose by more than 7 points it's hardly considered a choke.

Dilfer wasn't that good. He just didn't choke it away like McRib. It was the best defense in NFL history and Jermaine and Jamal Lewis. Don't forget Brian "Big Game" Billick. The Ravens were decimated by injuries, suspension and the worst offensive coordinator in NFL history this year. If you don't win it all, who cares? The Ravens should be healthy next year. Cavanaugh is gone. Rumor I heard today is that the Ravens will try to trade up to get Braylon Edwards. They also are targeting Fred Smoot and possibly Joe Horn.

That's the difference between the Eagles and the Ravens Jacks (and you know you'll hear it next year too). The Ravens are optimistic about next year...the Eagles KNOW they are the best team in the NFL next year. ;)

No way are the Eagles the best team in the NFL. Maybe the NFC. They would rank around 5th in the AFC behind NE, Indy, Pittsburgh and the Ravens. Actually Jacksonville (ouch, I know you love hearing that name) will be better than the Eagles next year as well. I really laugh hard when I hear all the people around here saying McNabb is better than Manning. There is only 1 team that would take McNabb over Manning and that is the Eagles and that is only for PR purposes.

Not to mention the Chargers, Broncos and Jets would give the Eaglets all they could handle along with the teams already mentioned.

chris rock when asked who he was rooting for before the superbowl "im going to go with passenger 57, Donovan Mcnabb". . I thought this was funny as hell. Passenger 57 of course was wesley snipes the black man airline passenger on a hijacked airline against all odds, and Rock couldnt have been more right.

Donovan was indeed 'passenger 57', but when it was time to "bet on black" the wheel just didnt land there

:lolBIG: You guys are kidding right? Did you not watch the Super Bowl and watch the Eagles dominate the Patriots for the entire first half?

What Pittsburgh and Indy couldn't do... the Eagles did. The Birds made the Patriots earn it. Why are the Eagles the favorite already in next year's Super Bowl futures (OK NE at Pinny is now 1..Eagles 2)? Because there are 8 teams in the AFC better than them?

Give me a break...you have to be kidding me.
