Since I am super board at work today I just had a live chat with Leanne at Neteller and asked your question. Get this..its free!! All Merchant to Neteller transfers are free, the Sportsbook is charging you a service fee for sending you your money. Great question JMan and we just found another way to get ripped off.:lolBIG: :monsters-

Either Leanne got it wrong, or there have been a lot of people and sportsbooks that have been lying through their teeth.

I will be really pissed off at a lot of people if I find out this is true ... but I doubt that it is.

the book DOES get charged for incoming AND outgoing transfers.....that is 100% accurate

PERHAPS the book has special arrangements with neteller to get free outs (that can be negociated but its NOT standard)

In the place where I work (Which is not a sportsbook) I am seeing a 2000 USD payout that has a fee of 30 dollars

This Entire Thread Is Running Away Based On A Huge Miscommunication. The Chick At Nt Was Apparently Saying It Costs Books Nothing To Put $$$ Into Their Own Nt Accounts. Nt Indeed Charges The Books To Send Money To Their Clients!!

I am not going to make a hornets' nest out of this but I will get the real story: I see know way a book gets a free pass on all transactions. Thats why most give you a free one every two weeks.

NT does have standard fees charged to its merchants but also runs priviledged contracts with some Books. Charges may vary from $ 15 all the way up to 2,9%. This depends on contract conditions and volumes.

The V-Wager group of books along with first fidelity charge 4% on neteller withdrawals. One of the reasons I don't play with them very often. They are definately making money on these withdrawal fees.
