Just made stuffed chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, stewed lima beans. Yes I cook once in a while and tonite was one ,lol. Made Calzones for lunch.

Funny you should ask.......

My girl (at the moment) was working last night, so I promised her I would make he a nice dinner tonight. Making my specialty: ceasar salad, shrimp alfredo, garlic bread, butter cake. Will eat, then she has to go to work till about 3am, then I will be rewarded for my hard work. She told me if things go right tonight, she is going to have a "big surprize" for the both of us.

marinated a salmon steak all day and cooked it in my showtime rotisserie .

just set it and forget it...

meatloaf sounds pretty damn good though.
