Wow, if i were away and didnt have access to my computer for several days, i dont know what i would do...
I would probably walk down the street, looking for some store, or dump, that had a back room with computers that you could rent time on...
with my luck there would be porn in boxes on the floor, and people lurking all around....

Banning Noreaga
Noreaga has no idea what he is talking about making this statement, it was not me who banned him for a week - it was the Rx. Advisory Board. Posters are banned by vote in the board room. When a poster constantly abuses his (or her) posting privileges by flaming, namecalling or when moderators recieve mutiple complaints by private E-mail from other posters (among other various reasons) A thread is posted in the board room including the offending posters name and reason for possible banning. Then the Advisory Board votes and the majority usually rules. After all AB members vote either yes, no or abstain the decision is made. Sometimes posters are given a 2nd chance even if one moderator or AB member votes to not ban and explains why (that is why I said usually). Posters are given the benefit of the doubt whenever possible. In most cases the result is unanimous and the poster is banned. The first banning can be for anywhere from one day to a month. The 2nd banning is likely to be permanent. There are times when a poster is "given the night off" by a moderator for any number of reasons and re-instated the following morning.
In the past I have seen several posters get banned for short periods of time and come back to be valuable and productive posters. On the other hand once in a while a short banning doesn't do any good and whatever problem the poster had in the past returns to his posting persona and permanent baning insues.
Since we changed software I have recommended 4 or 5 posters for banning. I know at least 3 are posting again. We also often get previously banned posters registering again when they are discovered as being banned they recieve another (this time) automatic banning.
The main reason anyone is banned is for the good of the rest of the posting body and this is not taken lightly. Believe it or not moderators do not enoy banning posters, unfortunately it is a necessary function of the Advisory Board which includes all of the moderators.

He asked about defense against what he called Chocolate faced people. I again explained how it was a misjudgement to classify groups of people as being "bad" based on skin color, ethnic background, or religion.
He wanted me to show him some self defense, so I asked him to grab my arm and I would teach him a basic escape technique. He refused unless I would vulgarly insult his mother, which I wouldn't do. Then he wanted to wrestle in the nude as they do in his country (and began to drop his pants). That took me by surprise. I told him that if he wanted to wrestle in my country, he'd have to do it with his clothes on . He tried to insult my manlihood and began his routine about comparing testicle size, but I just wouldn't enter that conversation. He said he couldn't understand why I wouldn't wrestle nude and I replied that I didn't understand why he wouldn't let me show him self defense moves without insulting his family. He called it even on that one and we moved on.
Then he asked where he could get a prostitute. I told him it was against the law here. He was shocked and wanted to know how a Man (who needs satisfaction) could visit a country for a month or two without his wife and not have sex. Love, I explained. Saving yourself for your partner is an honor and when he got home, he would enjoy his wife even more.
. ...and finally - do you think he will be in trouble from his wife when he returns to Kazakhstan?

By the way, is he pulling the plow? *
* Danny explains this final joke, "This was due to his lead in about his wife raping him. He had told me that he bought one of his wives because she is strong and can pull the plow. However, because she is stronger than him, she can rape him. He asked what he could do and I told him 'Maybe you need to pull the plow a little yourself.' He didn't like that idea so I agreed to show him how to get her off of him when she held him down and got on top."
